Devotional questions for individual/family/group reflection and discussion:

  1. Can you think of a time that God gave you the grace to persevere in prayer and then to see God’s answer? Can you think of a time where you were not able to persevere in prayer?

  2. Scott Swain says - “In Psalm 104, the lion’s roar is his prayer, and the finding of his prey God’s answer to prayer. Many lessons about prayer in that.” - Thoughts?

  3. Is it hard to believe that the Father hears your prayers? According to this question and answer, why can we be confident?

  4. How does Jesus model this question and answer? What does this demonstrate about His character?
