Devotional questions for individual/family/group discussion:
What are some of the places our culture tends to go for redemption? Where do Christians sometimes go (other than Jesus)?
What is it about Jesus that allows him to be our mediator? How does this compare to the Old Testament sacrifices (both positively and negatively)?
Why was it important that Jesus be God? Why was it important that He be human?
How have you seen Jesus’ redemption begin in your life? What is one area you long for this work to deepen?
