Service Times
9:30 AM – Equipping Hour (Sunday School) for all
ages:
Adults - We offer classes that study books of the Bible
or various topics of contemporary interest. In a relaxed setting adults
discuss how living for Christ bears on these subjects.
Youth - Young people in the seventh through the twelfth
grade discuss how the Bible applies to their life through discussion
of issues that effect them today.
Children - The younger children receive instruction in
Bible knowledge and doctrine, along with training in the Westminster
Shorter Catechism and Children's Catechism.
10:30 AM – Our worship service begins at 10:30
AM every Lord's Day. We focus on the worship of God and the preaching
of
His word to believers and seekers. We celebrate the Lord's Supper on
the first Sunday of each month during the morning worship service.
Directions
Meadowcroft meets for Sunday School and morning
worship at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, near the
intersection of Route 926 and Cheyney Road in Thornbury Township.
We meet for classes and
worship in Duckrey Social Sciences Center on the north side of the

From the EAST (Media): Take Route 1 south through Wawa to the intersection
of Cheyney Road (Newlin Mill Park on left, strip mall with Concord
Pharmacy on right); turn right on Cheyney Road and drive approximately
3 miles; as you pass Cheyney University on the left you will come to
University Circle on the north side of the campus, just before the
T intersection with Rte. 926; turn left onto University circle, park
in the large parking lot on the left, and follow the signs to Duckrey
Social Sciences Center.
From the EAST (Newtown Square): Take Route 3 towards
West Chester; turn left at the intersection with Route 926; follow
Route 926 for
approximately 3 miles until you come to Cheyney Road on the left; turn
left onto Cheyney Road; turn at the first right onto University circle,
park in the large parking lot on the left, and follow the signs to
Duckrey Social Sciences Center.
From the WEST (Chadds Ford): Take Route 1 north to the intersection
of Route 202; turn left (north) on 202 and go approximately 3 miles
until you come to Route 926; Turn right (east) on Route 926 and go
approximately 2.5 miles, to Cheyney Road; turn right (south) on Cheyney
Road; Cheyney University will be on your right - turn at the first
entrance, University Circle, and park in the large parking lot on the
left, and follow the signs to Duckrey Social Sciences Center.
From the NORTH (West Chester): Take Route 202 south to the intersection
of Route 926; proceed as with the directions above (From the WEST).
From the SOUTH (Wilmington): Take Route 202 north to the intersection
of Route 926; proceed as with the directions above (From the WEST).
